Our structured program combines career assessments, orientation sessions, and one-on-one mentorship so you enter the recruiting office — or decide on an alternative path — with clarity and confidence.
Assessment Components
Aptitude Testing
Verbal reasoning, numerical ability, logical thinking, and spatial awareness tests modeled on ASVAB subtests. Identify your strongest cognitive areas and the military jobs that match them.
Interest Analysis
Holland Code (RIASEC) inventories and career-interest questionnaires map your preferences to military occupational specialties — from intelligence to engineering to the medical corps.
Personality Assessments
MBTI-style personality inventories help you understand how you handle teamwork, stress, leadership, and decision-making — all critical in military environments.
Program Structure
1–2 sessions per week over 3–4 weeks
Sessions on military life, branches of service (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Space Force), benefits, and career trajectories
Individual counseling sessions to review your assessment results and explore options
A comprehensive final report with personalized recommendations and next steps
Follow-up check-ins and ongoing mentorship to support your decision-making process

What You Receive
At the end of the program, you receive a detailed report summarizing your aptitude scores, interest profile, and personality insights. The report includes specific branch and job recommendations tailored to your profile, along with a clear action plan — whether that means enlisting, applying to a military academy, pursuing ROTC, or choosing a different direction entirely.
